Jermango Dreaming is the psychedelic pop project of Sydney-based artist Jermaine Sakr. While the tone is typically laid-back and lulling, each Jermango Dreaming conception still holds a strong groove, often influenced by 1970s/80s funk and electric dreams.
Jermango branches from artist-run collective and label Yeah Nah Yeah, and it is within its collaboration with the collective that Jermango has been equipped with the influences and support that make his sound what it is today. His live band is made up of members Adrian Jaucian (bass), Jay Wroe-Johnson (keys), Hector Gachan (guitar) and Anthony Digges (drums).
